Midtown Fort Collins has lots of great neighborhoods. They were designed by mid-century suburban planners, built with cars and families in mind, when land in Fort Collins was plentiful and inexpensive. Therefore, Midtown neighborhoods have large yards, mature landscaping, and are surrounded by schools, parks and shopping centers.
To catalog Midtown neighborhoods, I broke Midtown into eight sections. Each section is a mile by a mile square (in terms of acreage, this is called a section). Then I listed all the neighborhoods in that section. Using College and Drake as the center point of Midtown, I grouped the sections into four areas.
I hope you find this catalog of Midtown neighborhoods useful.
